浅析自由式摔跤反抱大腿连贯技术的训练

摘    要:随着摔跤技术的发展和规则的不断修改,现代摔跤更加趋向紧张激烈,摔跤比赛是丰富多彩、变化无穷的,进攻的技术是多种多样的,无论是站立状态还是跪撑状态下,攻防转换速度的加快使得连贯技术的运用才能增加比赛时取胜的效率。反抱大腿连贯技术已经成为自由式摔跤比赛重要的得分方法之一,从自由式摔跤的动作特点出发,对反抱大腿连贯技术的训练方法和手段进行了阐述。以便为广大摔跤教练员和运动员如何更好地进行训练并掌握这一技术,提供一定的参考依据。

Abstract:Today,modern wrestling is becoming more and more various and violent with the development of the skills and the changes of the rules.The wrestling match is rich,excellent and changeful.There are different kinds of attack skills such as the state of standing and parterre.Speeding up attack and defence can make you use the linking-up actions better to win the match even more easily.The skill in counter-holding on to the opposite's leg is one of the best ways to beat the opposite in the free wrestling match.
