| 摘 要： | 篮球比赛中经常会碰到“遇弱不强”的现象，在此对形成这种现象的原因进行了探讨。认为主要是以下几点：赛前准备不足；轻敌大意；求胜的欲望太强；压力过大和心理素质差等原因。通过分析，提出在训练中应该注意的问题。以期能对篮球运动的发展和篮球比赛水平的提高有所帮助。

| Abstract: | The paper discusses the reasons for a constant problem in basketball games---a strong team's mediocre performance against a weak opponent ,The author thinks the following are the main causes for it:inadequate preparations before the game ;underestimation of the opponent ;an intense longing to win;excessive pressure;and unsatisfactory psychological quality.Through detailed analysis and practical suggestions,the paper hopes to help improve the development and the level of basketball games. |
