| 摘 要： | 超重与肥胖影响着人们的健康,对肥胖评价的方法繁多,为探究哪种方法能更好地反映体重的真实情况,更好地指导学生对自身体重的认识,随机抽取152名女大学生,分别用身高标准体重法、身体质量指数法、多频率生物电阻抗法、WHR（腰臀比）法来判断研究对象的胖瘦特征。结果发现：身高标准体重法对低体重的判别标准过宽,不能反映实际情况,并且标准过于繁杂;BMI法能反映外观肥胖度,但不能反映体脂含量;WHR法能在一定程度上反映脂肪分布情况与外观肥胖度,又测量方法简便,易于学生自己操作;生物电阻抗—体脂百分比法能很好地反映身体的脂肪堆积情况,但由于仪器昂贵不能普及,建议用作科学研究。
