| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料、问卷调查、数理统计及逻辑归纳等研究方法对我国高师体育专业学生的就业教育现状进行了探讨。根据 2 1世纪对人才的需求特点 ,从系统的角度 ,着重对高师体育专业学生实施就业教育的全过程进行了从强化就业意识入手 ,以培养其实际操作能力为着眼点 ,围绕毕业实习形成良性就业教育循环的总体规划

| Abstract: | Based on documents, investigation and mathematical statistics, discussed the conditions of the employment education of the P.E. speciality in teacher's universities. According to characteristics of manpower request in 21 century, from system point of view, this article makes a comprehensive program which emphasize on the whole process of P.E.speciality employment education in teacher's universities. It starts with strengthening employment consciousness of the students, training their operation ability and intends to form fine cycle around employment education. |
