| 摘 要： | 通过文献资料法、问卷调查法等研究方法,研究中国体育保险的现状,找出制约其发展的原因,得出结论：我国体育保险理论研究缺乏,尤其是对体育保险法规、监管制度细则的研究几乎没有;体育保险产品以及产品的实施研究很少;我国体育保险的法律法规、监管制度不够健全;参与体育活动人员的保险意识淡薄等是影响中国体育保险发展的因素。建议：成立中国体育保险指导委员会、国家体育保险研究团队以及成立国家体育保险基金管理中心为中国体育保险的发展提供服务。
