| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法和专家访谈法等研究方法,以青少年足球后备人才培养的现状为基础,分析和讨论了青少年足球后备人才培养中存在的主要问题,并针对这些问题提出了相应的建议,以期能够对青少年足球后备人才的培养提供帮助。
