| 摘 要： | 通过文献资料和理论分析等方法,对继续教育的概念,继续教育的理论基础进行分析,探讨了中小学体育教师继续教育的现状、目标与内容、时间与方式、考核与评估,并对发展中小学继续教育培训提出了6点建议,为促进中小学体育教师继续教育的良好实施提供了理论依据。

| Abstract: | By methods of literature material and theoretical analysis,this article analyses the continuing education＇s concept,and theoretical basis,and discusses the present situation of the goal and content,the time and the way,the inspection and the appraisal,it proposes six suggestions,providing the theory basis for the promotion elementary and middle schools gym instructor continuing education＇s good implementation. |
