| 摘 要： | 采用文献资料法和综合分析法，对虚拟现实技术进行了研究，分析了虚拟现实技术的基本特征、类型以及在体育教学中的作用，提出了在体育教学中的应用方法。认为虚拟现实技术作为一个新型的教学媒体，将最终会在体育教学领域广泛应用并发挥其重要作用。
