| 摘 要： | 依据国家竞技体育的改革与发展战略规划，针对江西师范大学体育学院试办青少年竞技体育俱乐部运作3年来的实证效果。得出主要结论为：1)普通高校应积极试办青少年竞技体育俱乐部，实现我国竞技体育的后备人才培养的体系多元化、多渠道、社会化、院校化，将是“举国体制”的真正内涵体现。2)设置项目应是小型化、组织化、硬件设施简易化的竞技体育项目。3)普通高校青少年竞技体育俱乐部竞赛组织应社会化，尽量吸引社会力量赞助各项目队参加比赛，同时实施有限的有偿服务收费是可行的．

| Abstract: | According to the reform of national sports with development of strategic program,P.E Institute of Jiangxi Normal University has run a sports club for teenagers for 3 years.Its practical results show that:1)it is necessary to run some sports clubs for teenagers in colleges,which is an effective way to train more sports talents.2)Installation project should be miniaturization and systematization.3)Teenagers sports club contest organization should be in socialization to attract social strength to support,at the same time, it is feasible to implement limited paid service charge. |
