| 摘 要： | 探讨了艺术体操和舞蹈之间的关系，指出两者既有联系，又有区别，既有共性，又有个性。艺术体操是艺术性的体育项目，它从舞蹈中吸取了具有丰富表现力的动作；舞蹈是一种经过艺术加工的身心协调的运动，它能够表达思想感情，反映社会生活。

Artistic gymnastics is a kind of sports which absorbs a lot of expressive movements from dance while dance is an art which can express ideas and feelings and reflect social life. |
