| 摘 要： | 体育竞赛表演的法律保护一直是饱受争议的问题。从洛克的劳动理论、经济激励理论的角度论述了体育竞赛表演的必要性;认为体育舞蹈、武术、花样游泳、花样滑冰、艺术体操、健美操等体育项目受著作权法保护完全具有可行性。

| Abstract: | The legal protection of sports competition show has been a highly controversial issue.This article analyses this issue from Locke's labor theory and economic incentive theory on the sports competition.The author thinks that sport dance,martial arts,synchronized swimming,figure skating,artistic gymnastics,aerobics and other sports should be protected by copyright laws. |
