| 摘 要： | 青少年足球教练员是决定足球后备人才实力的关键因素。目前,中日足球的差距越来越大。日本足球的崛起与它的青少年教练员密不可分。通过比较、研究两国的青少年教练员的培养方式,总结日本培养方式的优点,就未来中国青少年足球教练员的培养提出建议,为加快提高中国的青少年足球教练员的执教水平,提升中国足球运动的整体实力,提供一些有益的参考。

| Abstract: | The youth soccer trainer is the key aspect of the soccer reserve talented person strength.At present,the gap between Chinese and Japanese soccer is larger.Japanese soccer rising is inseparable with its youth trainer.Through the study of comparison both countries youth coach's cultivate way,this article attempts to summarize the merit of Japanese foster way,put forward the proposal of our country youth soccer coach's cultivation mode,and provide some beneficial references for enhancing the level of youth soccer trainer of our country speedily,and promoting soccer movement of our country. |
