| 摘 要： | 目前我国高校体育课程设置虽各有特色，但如何使体育课程设置更加科学合理，更符合目前素质教育思想和终身体育观念，更有利于发展学生体质，培养终身体育能力，已成当务之急。本文通过对国内部分高校体育课情况的调查研究认为：兴趣教学和选项教学已成为当前高校体育教学发展的方向和主流。

| Abstract: | Considering the diversity of the physical education (P E) course arrangements in today's institutions of higher learning,it is necessary that PE course be arranged more scientifically and reasonably, fit in with the idea of quality education and concept of life-time PE education,help to develop students' physical strength and their life-time ability in PE. The comparison of the survey of PE course arrangements of some Chinese institutions of higher learning shows that PE teaching which based on students' interests and limited choices has become the direction and mainstream of PE teaching development in today's institutions of higher learning. |
