| 摘 要： | 提高九运会射击竞赛质量，国家射击运动管理中心于九运会周期对我国射击赛制进行了全面改革，通过积分制和席位制将年度系列赛与九运会紧密联系，从而使这次赛制改革表现出5个基本特征：专项赛事的多样性、赛次结构的系统性、参赛价值的关联性、参赛目标的统一性、席位调控的广泛性。研究发现九运周期射击赛制改革形成良性效益的内在驱动机制；赛制改革导致训练管理者管理观念和备战全运会指导思想的变化，导致对九运会的投资方式发生结构性改变，将传统的非均衡式投资方式改变为期前投入和均衡式投资方式。

| Abstract: | Competition system can be defined as organizing system of competition. China shooting center have reformed the old shooting competition system (SCS) completely. The reform is characterized by follows: comprehensive reform content, systematic structure of competition sequence, relationship of competition attending, consistency of competition aim, comprehensive regulate and control of qualification. 93.3% of coaches and 97.3% of managers agree that the reform of SCS is essential and beneficial. The manner of investing to shooting training for the national game have changed from the old unbalanced ways to the new previous and balanced manners. |
