| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法、专家访谈法、实证法、问卷调查法和数理统计法,按照跆拳道教学的特点和目的,根据普通高校跆拳道教学现状及存在的问题,从学生主体的实际需要出发,提出了普通高校跆拳道教学内容、教学方法和考核评价优化改革的具体措施和方法,构建新的跆拳道教学模式,为跆拳道运动全面、协调、可持续性发展提供理论依据和参考。

| Abstract: | By applying the methods of literature material, expert interview, the empirical method, questionnaire survey and mathematical statistics, in accordance with the characteristics and the purpose of Taekwondo teaching, according to the present situation of Taekwondo teaching in ordinary university and existing problems, and for the actual needs of the students, it puts forward the ordinary university Taekwondo teaching contents, teaching methods and evaluation optimization reform specific measures and methods of building a new teaching mode, and provides theoretical basis and reference for comprehensive, coordinated and sustainable development of Taekwondo sport. |
