北狮自选套路动作创编之研究

摘    要:北狮运动作为一项深受大众喜爱、喜闻乐见的民俗传统体育项目,已由传统的民俗性表演逐渐向高、难、美、新的竞技化方向发展,隶属于竞技难美表演性项群。运用文献资料法、录像分析法、专家访谈法和体验法,依据实践比赛经验和视频分析,归纳和总结,目前北狮自选套路动作设计存在以下问题:套路主题不明确,动作设计机械化、动作路线复杂而凌乱、动作风格四不像、音乐节奏混沌等。科学合理编排北狮自选套路动作是适应现代北狮运动发展的必经之路,使北狮运动更加健康地发展。基于此,北狮自选套路套路创编由套路主题确定、套路动作设计、套路动作风格、套路动作路线、套路难度动作创新和套路音乐配置6大要素组成,并经过严格的程序设计,结合人体生长规律、生理结构和体力波,编排北狮自选套路。

Abstract:The north lion dance is a popular folk traditional sport, from the folk performances of traditional gradually to the high, hard, beautiful, new sports development direction, belonging to sports difficult beautiful performance group. Using the methods of literature, video analysis, expert interviews and experience, on the basis of practical analysis and video game experience, and summarized the current demand, stimulate the following problems: routines design theme is not clear, the action design mechanization, actiouline is complex and messy, movement style and music rhythm chaos. Scientific and reasonable arrangement of the routines is the only way which must be passed to stimulate the development of modem north lion dance. Based on this, the li- on dancingoptional routine arrangement determine the composition, the routine design theme routines, routines style route, movement difficulty of innovation and routine music configuration of six elements, and through strict procedural design, combined with the human growth, physiological structure and physical wave, stimulate the optional routine arrangement.
