| 摘 要： | 运用文献资料法、实验研究法、数理统计法、逻辑分析法对模拟训练在乒乓球训练中的训练思想、掌握对手的技战术和培养队员良好的心理进行了分析,得出：如果在训练中能合理地把模拟训练加以运用,能对运动员获取最佳的训练效果,对运动员适应比赛更富有针对性和科学性。因此,探讨模拟训练在乒乓球训练中的科学性对乒乓球的运动训练提供了参考,具有实际意义。

| Abstract: | This paper, using the methods of documentary, experimental method, mathematical statistics, logical analysis, analyses training ideas of simulating training in table tennis, grasping the opponent＇ s tactics and training the players＇ good psychological state, if simulation training can reasonably be put to use in training, it can get the best training effect on the athletes. Therefore, to explore scientific simulating training table tennis provided for reference with practical significance. |
