| 摘 要： | 采用文献综述法和逻辑分析法对美国、德国等发达国家竞技体育体制的特点和成功经验进行了梳理和分析,其成功经验主要表现在建立了以市场经济为基础的竞技体育管理体制、以高校及职业体育俱乐部为载体的后备人才培养机制以及多元化的竞技体育资金投入机制等方面。其成功经验对我国竞技体育的市场化、产业化运作具有一定的启示和借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | With the methods of literature review and logic analysis,this paper makes a study on characteristics of competitive sports system and the successful experiences of the United States,Germany and other developed countries.Its success is mainly manifested in the establishment of a market economy-based sports management system,with universities and professional sports clubs as the carrier back-up personnel training system and so on.The successful experience offered some value for China. |
