| 摘 要： | 柔道是2人徒手,身体直接接触的,要把对手摔倒为目的对抗性很强的竞技运动项目,其中得意技是在柔道比赛中被国内外许多优秀选手广泛使用的技术,战术变化也是围绕着个人得意技进行的,也是在比赛中得分的主要手段和基础。在比赛中实用价值是很大的,运动员要在比赛和训练中反复练习,使得意技愈加熟练,以达到取胜之目的。

| Abstract: | Judo is a kind of strong offensive and defensive sport for two unarmed athletes both aim to fall over the other one by direct body contact. Among many skills for judo, pround skill is a widely chosen skill for ex- cellent athletes both from domestic and foreign in Judo competition, and any tactical change is always con- eemed with pround skill, meanwhile pround skill is treated as main path and basis for scoring in Judo. Due to its vital role, athletes have to improve such skill during their daily exercise and competition, with the purpose to get good preparation for being a winner. This thesis focuses on analysis of pround skill of outstanding female athletes in Judo Team of Training Center for Heavy Athletics Sports in Guangdong Province. |
