| 摘 要： | 采用问卷调查、实地考察和访谈等方法,对苏州老城区居民健身活动场所进行研究。结果显示,苏州老城区社区体育环境设施已成为影响居民健身锻炼的主要原因之一,与广大居民日益增长的健身需求极不相称。针对苏州老城区的特点提出,充分利用学校体育设施资源;结合古城区改造,规划好居民体育活动场所;加强社区体育组织管理;引导居民健身锻炼消费;经营性体育场所转变思路,将服务重点转向中老年群体等建议。 |

| Abstract: | The study is based on the questionnaire,on-the-spot investigation,and interview with the local people.At the inquiry,the P.E facilities,which can't meet the community residents' needs,has become to be one of the main factors that affect their bodybuilding.Seeing from the current situation,following suggestions are provided: Firstly,make the full use of the P.E facilities resource belonging to the school.Secondly,arrange proper places for the residents' bodybuilding at the very time of the remodeling of the Old district.Thirdly,enforce P.E arrangement and administration of the community.Fourthly,lead the residents to the idea of expense on bodybuilding.Fifthly,change the service policy from management purposes to the adoption of the suggestions of the mid-ages and seniors. |
