| 摘 要： | 根据国家下达的体育教学中必须贯彻终身体育教学目标的精神，以高职学院学生为基准点，阐明终身体育在高职学院的教学中是如何实现的，并根据高职学院的特点，深化学校体育改革，开拓人们对体育问题的思路，抓好体育师资建设，实现终身体育教学目标。

| Abstract: | Absteact According to the spirit issued by the state,which should be carried out in all-life PE tcaching aim,combined with the author's many years teaching experience,based on the characteristics of the students of the higher vocational college,the author states how to realize the all-life PE in the higher vocational col-lege,deepen the school PE reform,explore the people's thoughet of ways in PE teaching and promote the construction of the physical teachers so as to realize the all-life PE tcaching aim. |
