| 摘 要： | 通过对安徽省高校高水平运动队的教练员的年龄、职称、学历、执教年限、运动实践经历以及教练员的专职化几个方面进行调查并予以分析，根据调查与分析的结果提出解决或改善的方法，为安徽省高校高水平运动队的发展提供一些依据与参考。

| Abstract: | The paper deals with some investigations and analysis among coaches from high-level sports teams in colleges and universities in Anhui.It contains their ages,academic titles,educational backgrounds,length of service as a coach,sports practice and their sole duties.According to the results,the author puts forward some ways to resolve the existing problems in order to provide some references for the development of high-level sports teams from Anhui colleges and universities. |
