摘    要:在排球教学中,根据"掌握学习"理论及扣球的技术特点,设计出了教学过程中的单元目标和评价标准,并采用单元形成性评价的方法,加强对学生的及时反馈及对每个学生进行个别化矫正性帮助,从而有效地控制学生学习过程中的误差,激发其学习兴趣,提高了学习欲望,有效地提高了教学质量。

Abstract:The paper designs the unit aim and the evaluation standard according to the theory of mastery learning and the technical feartures of smashing.In volleyball teaching,applying unit formative assessment will help strengthen students' feedback and provide a respective remedy to each student,and in this way,we can controll effectively students' errors,excite their learning interest,lift their learning desire and improving the teaching quality.
