| 摘 要： | 瑜珈以其独特的优势赢得许多健身爱好者的青睐,但在“瑜珈热”的背后,“瑜珈伤害”现象不容忽视。通过对瑜珈行业的分析,指出“瑜珈伤害”出现的主要原因并提出建议。
