| 摘 要： | 通过问卷调查法、文献资料法、访谈法、综合分析法对合肥市20~70岁社区居民参加体育锻炼的意识与行为进行了研究分析,从中发现了潜在的体育锻炼意识、体育锻炼能力、体育锻炼行为及体育锻炼环境等各个方面均存在着一定的问题。同时,对更好地贯彻落实《全民健身计划纲要》做了对策思考。

| Abstract: | This article made a survey on the PE training consciousness and behavior of community residents aged from 20 to 70 in Hefei by questionnaire,interview,datum,statistics and comprehensive analysis.It uncovered certain problems on these residents' consciousness,behavior,ability and their environment of PE training.In the meantime the author explored the countermeasures through which the Outline of the Nationwide Body-Building Plan can be put into effect more efficiently. |
