繁峙岩山寺壁画《水碓磨坊图》机械原理再探

摘    要:2007年高策、徐岩红老师撰文就山西繁峙岩山寺壁画《水碓磨坊图》的机械原理进行了初步探究。但该文对壁画中水磨机械结构的判断值得商榷,归结到一点,他们没有认识到,这部水磨属于立式水轮通过正交齿轮系统驱动下磨盘转动的传统水磨。此外,壁画《水碓磨坊图》反映了水碓与水磨加工粮食的诸多技术细节,不应被忽视。

Abstract:In 2007,Gao Ce and Xu Yanhong wrote an article and did preliminary research into the mechanical principle of two hydraulic trip-hammers and one watermill in one wall painting of Yanshan Temple in Fanshi County.But they misunderstood the mechanical structure of the watermill of the wall painting.The watermill was driven by the vertical waterwheel to let the lower half revolve by gears with axes at right angles.Furthermore,the wall painting reveals many technical details about grain processing by these implements,which shouldn't be neglected.
