光合细菌HZPSB对水产养殖水质的改良和对鱼类促生长作用

摘    要:利用光合细菌改善池塘水质及对鱼类非特异性免疫和促生长作用.测定了光合细菌对池塘水质(溶氧、氨氮、亚硝态氮、COD)、透明度、pH及异氧细菌总数的影响;光合细菌添加于饲料后对鱼血清中溶菌酶活力及鱼生长的影响;同时进行了光合细菌的大田应用试验.结果表明:光合细菌对池塘水的溶解氧、pH没有影响;降低水中氨氮、亚硝态氮、有机物(COD);水的透明度明显升高;异氧细菌的总数比原来下降50%.饲料中添加光合细菌饲喂鲫鱼、罗非鱼,鱼血清中溶菌酶的活性明显高于对照组,鱼的生长速度高于对照组.光合细菌分别在湖州、绍兴、杭州、嘉兴、上海等进行大田应用试验,取得了较好的应用效果.养殖虾蟹的发病率有明显的减少,与不使用光合菌的池塘相比,发病率降低了25%以上,提高了虾蟹产量.

Abstract:The effects of HZPSB on pond water quality including dissolvedoxygen (DO), NH_4~ -N, NO_2~- -N, COD, transparency, pH and total bacteria number and the effects of HZPSB supplemented in feed on lysozyme activity in serum and the growth of fish including Crucian carp and Nile tilapia were described in this paper. The results showed that HZPSB had no effect on DO and pH, could lower the NH_4~ -N, NO_2~- -N, COD contents in pond water, raised the transparency of water, lowered the bacteria total number by 50%. The lysozyme activities in serum of two fish fed with HZPSB supplemented groups were higher than controls, the growth of two fish fed with HZPSB supplemented groups were faster than controls. HZPSB were applied in aquaculture fields in Huzhou, Shiaoxing, Huangzhou, Jiaxing, Shanghai etc. The incidences of disease in applied field were decreased by 25% compared with control.
