| 摘 要： | 指出了宁波市耕地资源安全的主要问题,并首先采用人均占有耕地面积、人均耕地后备资源量、耕地补充系数和耕地质量指标等4方面指标和高度危险、危险、值得关注、安全和高度安全等5个等级标准进行耕地资源安全的定性评价,然后根据加权打分评价法进行耕地资源安全的定量评价。结果表明:目前,宁波市耕地安全等级处于值得关注状态,已很接近危险状态的标准。因此,必须建立地区性的耕地安全体系,提高耕地资源可持续利用能力。

| Abstract: | This paper points out the main problems of the safety degree of cultivated land of Ningbo city.Than 4 indexes.the area of cultivated land per capita of our city,amount of reserve cultivated land recourse,the supplementary coefficient of cultivated land and the quality of cultivated land were used to qualitative evaluation the security of cultivated land and the security levels was divided highly dangerous,dangerous,noteworthy,security and high safety standards based on the method of weighted quantitative evaluation.The result shows that cultivated land safety level of Ningbo City was belong to noteworthy state,near the standard of dangerous state.Therefore,the regional security system of cultivated land must be established to improve the sustainable use capacity of cultivated land resources. |
