| 摘 要： | 主要研究浙江省水资源评价指标及指标体系的构建,文章介绍了国内外的水资源现状,着重分析了浙江省水资源现状及存在的问题;在对浙江省水资源进行单项指标评价的基础上,结合浙江省水资源、环境和社会经济的现状,将水资源管理纳入社会经济-水资源-生态环境系统中,研究建立了浙江省水资源综合评价指标体系;描述了正效益指标数据和负效益指标数据的无量纲化处理,并利用层次分析法获得了每个指标的权重,通过加权求和方法得到水资源评价的综合指数;采用浙江省2005年和2006年水资源的相关数据,分析计算得到了浙江省各城市的水资源综合评价指数,并对结果进行了横向比较和综合比较分析;根据研究结果,文章指出了制约浙江省水资源可持续利用的原因,并提出了一些改进措施和建议.
