| 摘 要： | 从技术创新资源配置潜力、配置强度、配置效益和配置环境四个维度人手,建立技术中心技术创新资源配置能力评价模型,用此模型对省级企业技术中心(分行业)技术创新资源配置能力进行评价、排序,探讨其在不同行业上的优劣,为提升创新资源配置能力提供决策依据. |

| Abstract: | we constructed evaluation index system from 4 aspects which are the potential,strength,effects and conditions of technology innovation resources allocation.it established the evaluation module for status of the construction of provincial-level enterprise technological center,applied the module to reach the goal of evaluating and sorting,discussing the advantages on diffenernt industries,provide the decision-making basis to enhance the capacity innovative resource allocation. |
