热油管道大修期间停输与再启动的数值模拟

摘    要:基于埋地热油管道在开挖大修期间热力损失较大以及期间可能出现的停输再启动困难等问题,建立了埋地热油管道在开挖大修期间的停输再启动模型,并采用有限容积法对该模型进行数值离散与求解,模拟管道大修期间停输再启动过程中热力参数的变化。参照东北管网铁秦线站间管道防腐层大修期间的工况建立了算例,利用编制的计算程序进行了计算和分析,模拟结果反映了开挖回填阶段停输再启动过程中沿线温度和进站流量的变化规律,为埋地热油管道在大修期间停输再启动的安全实施提供技术支持。
