摘    要:在豚鼠和大鼠的气道反应性测定中,采用计算机代替记录仪记录呼吸波形,并用自行开发的ZUNL-Airway1.0软件代替手工方法计算呼吸频率和通气量,结果在豚鼠和大鼠的气道反应性实验和哮喘及平喘药物的动物实验研究中与以前的结果是一致的。采用计算机进行动物气道反应性测定,除方便和省时外,也较为准确,客观,实用性较强。

Abstract:The routine recording device was replaced by a computer assisted measuring system which was run on a self designed software ZUNL Airway 1.0 to record the respiratory rate (RR) and ventilation volume in conscious guinea pig and diazepam sedated or conscious rats. The result showed that the computer assisted measuring system was op practical value as well as accurate and efficient.
