| Abstract: | Having good-quality papers is one of the key factors in maintaining the healthy and sustainable development of journals of local higher institutes.To guarantee this,editors of higher institute journals may take such strategies for good-quality papers as opening up quality columns,winning preferential school policies,actively soliciting contributions,showing special concern for young writers as well as spontaneous submissions,and recreation and reprocessing in paper editting. |
