摘    要:中国南方,草莓采收季节,草莓当天就要霉烂变质。本文研究了γ辐射对延缓草莓霉变腐烂速度的有效作用,指出了该方法不能改变储藏温度对于草莓保鲜的重要作用,比较了3种不同辐照剂量的不同效果,揭示了在冰箱冷藏条件下,2kGy和3kGy剂量的γ辐照,能使草莓储存保鲜期提高到12d以上。

Abstract:The strawberry fruit has gone bad within one day after harvest in the south of China. The effective action of Gamma irradiation on delay rate of strawberry rot was studied. It was indicated that the important action of storage temperature on strawberry preservation could not be changed by this method. The various results of three irradiation doses were compared. It was announced that the period of strawberry preservation was increased by over 12 days with 2 kGy and 3 kGy Gamma irradiation under the condition of icebox chill storage.
