| 摘 要： | 分别采用24h气候箱法、直接法和快速测定法进行家具产品中甲醛释放量的无损检测,通过分析测试原理并对测量结果与干燥器法测量数据进行相关性和变异系数分析.结果表明:24h气候箱法是较为准确、合理的无损检测方法,与现行标准干燥器法的测量数据相关性最好;几种无损检测方法中24h气候箱法的变异系数最小,有很好的稳定性和复现性.

| Abstract: | Three types of non-destrnctive testing methods, including 24h chamber method, direct method and fast testing device method were applied to determine free formaldehyde emissions from furniture product. Through analyzing the mechanism of each testing method and making Correlation Analysis compared to testing results of desiccatorsoThe results show: the 24h chamber method was a relatively reliable and accurate non-destructive testing method,having the best Correlation with testing results of desiccators, the coefficient of variation of 24h chamber method is minimum in the nondestructive testing methods, having good stability and repeated statistics. |
