| 摘 要： | 根据塑料中空吹瓶机的生产工艺，通过PLC硬件配置及编程，设计了塑料中空吹瓶机的气路系统和顺序控制系统．该系统采用气压传动，对塑料中空制品无污染，动作迅速，便于PLC控制，同时该系统采用可编程控制器的步进功能指令，具有设计、调试简单直观的优点，在实现中空吹瓶机顺序控制中具有优越性。 |

| Abstract: | The gas-way system and sequence control system of plastic bottle-blower are designed on the basis of the productive technology. The allocation of PLC and program design are completed. The system uses the pressure transfer motion and stepping instructions to design the program. And its advantages of rapid act, no-pollution to plastic vessels, simple design etc. are presented. |
