| 摘 要： | 从１９９１年起，浙江省已连续９年在梅汛期出现大面积的洪涝灾害，而且随着经济的发展，洪涝灾害所造成的损失也越来越大，本文从梅汛期洪涝的特点着手，分析了形成洪涝的天气气候原因，应用新安江流域的百余年雨情资料，得出其内在周期性规律，预测了新安江水库将可能进行一个１０年左右的相对少雨周期，阳后还提出了一些减轻梅汛期洪洪涝损失的方法和对策。

| Abstract: | There have been flood waterlogging damages over large area in 9 consecutive years in Zhejiang Province since 1991. With the development of economy,the losses caused by the flood and waterlog become larger and larger. Analyzing the features of mei yu flood,the cause of the flooding is investigated. Using the rainfall data of Xinanjiang River basin,the intrinsic periodic rule is nevealed . According to the forecast,Xinanjiang reservoir may be in relative few rainfall periods in coming ten years; some measures and countermeasures to decrease losses caused by flood waterlog during mei yu flood periods are suggested. |
