低植酸玉米的研究进展

摘    要:玉米是最主要的饲料作物,培育利用低植酸玉米是提高玉米饲用营养价值,减轻环境污染的有效途径。本文从低植酸玉米的遗传、育种、生理与分子生物学等方面总结了国内外的研究进展.分析了低植酸玉米利用存在的问题。

Abstract:Maize is the most important forage crop and the utilization of low phytic acid corn is one of effective ways to increase corn grain nutrient value for animals and decrease environmental pollution.In this paper,the advances on ge-netic,breeding,physiological characteristics and molecular biology of low phytic acid corn were summarized and the problems on utilization of low phytic acid corn were analyzed.
