低氯含量甲基三乙酰氧基硅烷的合成与表征

摘    要:以乙酸酐为酰氧化剂与甲基三氯硅烷反应合成得到作为室温硫化硅橡胶交联剂的甲基三乙酰氧基硅烷。该合成工艺简单、条件温和,生产成本低,产品得率可达96%以上。产品经气相色谱分析纯度达97.1%,氯含量<50×10-6g/mL,产品质量远高于市售同类产品。

Abstract:Methyltriacetoxysilane,a kind of crosslinking agent used for RTV silicone rubber,was prepared by reaction of methyltrichlorosilane with acetic anhydrid.This improved procedure is very simple,convenient to operate and control for industrial process with low cost.The yield of the product was more than 96%,with a purity value of above 97% by GC analysis and the residual chlorine content was less than 50ppm.
