摘    要:本文综述了厨余垃圾的来源及特点,介绍了目前厨余垃圾处理的主要技术,包括无害化处理技术、肥料化处理技术、饲料化处理技术以及能源化处理技术4大类处理方法,并对各类资源化技术进行了优缺点分析,为做好厨余垃圾的处理和管理提供借鉴.

Abstract:The source and the characteristics of food residue were introduced and the basic treatments for the residue were also discussed,including four treatment technologies such as innocuous treatment,fertilizer treatment,feedstuff treatment and energy processing treatment.In order to provide references for its further disposal and management,its advantages and disadvantages of each treatment were also analyzed in this paper.
