| 摘 要： | 本文在调查研究辽源市现有主导产业与新兴产业基础上,根据生态效益型经济体系建设理论提出了建设辽源市生态经济体系的思路和主要内容,探索辽源市积极构建有利于节能减排、资源综合利用、环境友好的高效生态产业体系,促进生态产业向高端化、规模化、集群化和园区化方向发展,加快转变经济增长方式,推进辽源市经济建设和生态保护协调发展。
