| 摘 要： | 当前砖混结构住宅的工程质量尽管有所提高,但还存在不少质量问题,无论是在结构、装修,还是在使用功能上,都存在粗制滥造及结构隐患。本文针对当前砖混结构住宅存在的质量问题,从施工组织、技术及质量管理上提出了进行控制的一些措施。

| Abstract: | Though some improvement has been made in the quality of presrnt brick-concrete residential projects,still,not a few quality peoblems exist Either in the structural work and decoration or their usable function,rough workmanship and hidden struchural perils are in existence. Causes are of various aspects. This paper,aiming at the above said problems,puts forward a few measures of control in reprct of construction organization,techniques and quality supervision. |
