| 摘 要： | 针对国外矿业公司全球化探勘开发矿产资源和我国煤炭企业逐步走向世界、参与国际竞争的发展趋势,为适应国际矿业形式及我国高等矿业工程教学的需要,提出了国际化矿业对采矿人才培养的要求,探讨了面向国际的采矿专业大学生培养方案及实现过程。通过增设相关课程,强化外语教学和加强国际人文素养、国际化矿业企业管理理念、国际矿业法律与法规意识、组织及团结协作能力及创新能力的培养,培养能适应国际矿业发展趋势的高质量采矿人才。

| Abstract: | In the development trends of foreign mining companies exploring mineral resources globally and China’s coal enterprises gradually to the world to participate international competition.Cultivation requirements of mining personnel are put forward to meet the teaching needs of international mining and higher mining engineering.The process of the training plan and cultivation schemes for the international mining majors are discussed.The following measures can be adopted to cultivate the high-quality mining personnel for the international mining industry development trend,including of providing additional courses,strengthening foreign language teaching and international humanities,the management philos-ophy of the international mining companies,international mining laws and regulations consciousness,organization and collaboration capabilities and innovative capacity of culture. |
