| 摘 要： | 移动图书馆服务是未来图书馆的主流服务方式,但图书馆为读者提供移动阅读服务,在信息内容提供、信息网络传播、服务区域范围等三个方面涉及知识产权侵权风险。为规避知识产权侵权风险,图书馆应采取以下对策：提高知识产权法律意识、建立严格的信息资源使用审核机制;加强资源整合、扩大移动服务内容提供;加强知识产权保护技术的应用、严格控制访问权限;发布版权申明、谋求规避侵权。
