| Abstract: | The water shortage and cost of sewage treatment compels every city to implement water conservation to achieve the sustainable development of society. The concept, implication and measures of water conservation were presented. Based on the analysis of the relationship between water conservation and the sustainable utilization of water resource, water conservation was indicated as the first strategy to achieve the sustainable utilization of water resource. |
