| 摘 要： | 随着中国加入WTO后,我国护理教育体系应该进一步加强国际交流与合作,逐步与国际护理教育模式接轨,学习和引进国外先进的护理理念、科学理论技术和实践经验,以达到国际标准化护士的要求。本文就我国目前护士的知识现状,如何达到国际化标准的条件以及走出国门的挑战等方面阐述培养国际标准化的护士的思路和设想。

| Abstract: | With China entering WTO, nursing education system should further strengthen international exchanges and cooperation, and gradually converge with international nursing education model, learning and introducing advanced foreign nursing, technology and practical experience in scientific theories in order to become ISO nurses. In this article the will state the designing ways to train ISO nurses through analyzing the present situation of nursing knowledge, conditions and challenges. |
