| 摘 要： | 通过参加江苏省图工委首届新入馆员培训班的学习,深刻领会到专业队伍的建设直接影响到图书馆事业的发展,进而强调高校图书馆馆员继续教育对加强图书馆专业队伍建设的重要性,并对继续教育的内容和方式提出建议,以培养高素质的图书馆专业队伍人才,确保图书馆的事业持续发展,促进现代化图书馆建设的步伐。
