摘    要:针对三软高瓦斯煤层瓦斯地质特征和煤巷快速掘进防突需要,采取超前释放瓦斯钻孔、超前卸压控制钻孔、巷帮挂耳抽放以及煤层高压注水等综合防突措施,加强突出预测和效果检验,钻孔瓦斯涌出初速度q的最大值由12L/min下降到2L/min;钻屑量△h2的最大值由300Pa下降到150Pa,月掘进速度达到80m以上。

Abstract:Based on the gas geology characteristic of the Three-soft and high-gas coal-seam and the gateway rapid driving requirements,outburst prevention technology units have been adopted as follows.The leading gas-release,the leading pressure-relief,the hangerdrill site drainage and water injection of high pressure and so on are united,outburst prediction and effect verification are strengthened.With the group of outburst prevention measures,the magnitude of the initial gas-emission rate(q) is deceased from the maximum of 12 L/min to 2 L/min,the amount of drilling cuttings is deceased from the maximum of 300 Pa to 150 Pa,the driving speed per mensem is up to 80m.
