| Abstract: | Medium and small-sized enterprises clusters are lively and innovatively kind of economic organizations, whose innovation effect are not inferior than large enterprises. The paper pays more attention to its innovation effect of the environment, technology and system. Especially analyzing it's innovation effect of technology and approaching farther on it. |
