| Abstract: | The teacher's stress is strengthened with the improving of economy and teaching innovation. The reasons come from different aspects, such as society, school and the teachers themselves. This article compares the differences between China and Sweden, through learning the good experience from abroad to solve the problem of teacher's stress existing now in China. |
